Order processing

All orders are processed pending credit authorization, and availability within 24 hours of being received, and will be shipped within 1-3 days after being processed Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT. 

You will receive an email once your order has shipped containing tracking information.  You will be able to track your shipment with the tracking number provided.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out. 

Once your order has been delivered, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

$30 express shipping (2 - 3 business days)

$45 guaranteed overnight shipping


International shipping

International shipping is a flat rate of $45.00 USD.  

Shipping times may vary on international orders, but your order will be processed in a timely manner to make sure you receive your purchase as quickly as possible.

Seedling&co. is not responsible for collecting VAT from international customers.  We also are not responsible for fees associated with customs tax, or duty fees.  You, as the customer will be responsible for payment to courier at the time of delivery.

Please be aware of the customs and duty charges applied by the government of your country before purchasing.


Sales tax will be applied at time of purchase to customers located in the state of Utah.  Non-Utah, USA customers are responsible for all taxes related to purchase.  International customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty, and/or custom fees for their orders.


Return policy


We want you to be completely in love with the items you purchase from Seedling & Co, but we understand that sometimes items need to be returned.  Your customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us.  

We have a 30 day return policy.  You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product.  

Email us at hello@seedlingandco.com to initiate a return.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless items are being exchanged.  Seedling & Co. is happy to provide you with a return label.  The cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount of the return.  On exchanges, there is no shipping charge. 

All returns must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.  A return will not be accepted if tags are missing, or the item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way from it's original state.

All teethers, underwear, tights, hair accessories, or socks will not be accepted as returns. 

All returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of Seedling & Co.

Refund of payment will be processed within 7 days of Seedling & Co. receipt of returned merchandise. 

All refunds will be credited back using the original form of payment.

Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to accept returns on international orders.

Seedling&co. accepts all Major credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). We also accept payment by Apple Pay, Afterpay, Venmo and PayPal.  All payments are made at the time of checkout through our secure server.
